4 year old quarter horse. He injured his shoulder when he ran into a fence during roping
training. This wound was treated 2 hours after injury.
Interesting feature about this case is the green colt, and the netting material used in holding the
bandages in place. The netting material lasted 14 days.
The significance of bandaging the wound is that you can keep the exposed raw tissue moist, and
we could spray wound wash directly through the netting material onto the primary bandage.
